Work That Moved Things Forward

When I look back at the projects I’m most proud of, I don’t think about the screens, workshops, frameworks, or presentations. I think about what changed because of the work. A team that started moving faster. A product that found its footing. A company that gained clarity during a period of growth or uncertainty. The common thread isn’t a particular industry, company, or technology—it’s helping people and organizations move from where they are… to where they want to be.

The projects below highlight some of those moments and the role I was fortunate enough to play in them.

I’ve always believed that the best case studies aren’t about deliverables, titles, or the work itself. They’re about what changed as a result. In an in-person presentation, I’ll go into more detail on the stories above.
