Product Design In the Age of AI<\/h3>\n

AI is collapsing traditional product boundaries. Design, product, and engineering are no longer cleanly separated; they\u2019re converging into what I call the \u201cAI Builder.\u201d With AI-enabled prototyping and vibe-coding, ideas move from concept to working product in days, not months. The fundamentals still matter, clear problem framing, explicit tradeoffs, disciplined iteration, but the speed and integration are radically different.<\/p>\n

This shift unlocks something powerful: <\/strong>We can now generate UI dynamically, tailor workflows to individuals, and test assumptions in real time. But acceleration without judgment is dangerous. <\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been operating in this new model firsthand<\/a>, building and shipping AI-powered products, writing rapid PRDs, iterating directly in code, and tightening the loop between idea and implementation. I understand both the opportunity and the responsibility.<\/p>\n

Companies don\u2019t just need AI enthusiasm right now; they need leaders who can harness this shift with discipline, clarity, and taste. <\/p>\n
