and provide new and useful features for the Bing search platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Task<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To understand the value of social data for the user when searching and to apply this in innovative ways to our search use cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with my team, I defined a vision for Bing+Social which envisioned a \u201cbaked in\u201d perspective to social data (as opposed to merely being bolted on to the product).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My vision and framework for using both social <g class=\"gr_ gr_3 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace\" id=\"3\" data-gr-id=\"3\">content<\/g> and interpreted social sentiment influenced the pipeline of ideas and features by providing clear direction for new features while focusing experiences more on validated user needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bing Social Search - Sidebar\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AJV4wVQE82E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
